Katrin MAYRHOFER is the COO and Co-Founder of ELSA Industry S.R.L., Co-Founder of Polycompas S.R.L. and Co-Founder Eyrie AERO ZC LLC, with over 28 years of work experience and more than 15 years in the aerospace sector. She has worked in major projects, such as CityAirbus, Bluecopter, and was part of the Program Management Team Consortium RoRCraft "Main Fuselage" for RACER and worked in the AIM Sector as well, while fostering international cooperation in initiatives like CleanSky1 and CleanSky2. In addition to her role as Chair of the Board of Liaisons and Country Liaison for Romania at the Advanced Air Mobility Institute, she co-founded the European Rotorcraft Women Network and is a Board Member of the One Billion Farmers Organization, reflecting her commitment to innovation, gender equality, and sustainability.
